[WWW WEDNESDAY] #19
So, what have I been up to reading wise? I’ll tell you about it in today’s WWW article.
WWW Wednesday is a weekly book meme article I love to write. In this article, I’ll tell you about what book(s) I last finished reading, What book(s) I’m currently reading and What I’m planning to read next. I also love to hear what all of your WWW’s are so feel free to leave a reply! Happy Reading!

The Diary of Anne Frank Graphic Novel adaption (Click HERE to read the synopsis) is one I came across in a book store last week. It has been on my wishlist ever since it released but I never got around to buy it. So when I saw it, I immediately bought myself a copy. That same day I started reading it and a couple of hours later I was already finished – What.A.Read! I’m truly impressed and in awe of the wonderful job the creators/illustrator did on this graphic novel adaptation of ‘Het Achterhuis’/Anne Frank’s Diary. Full review will be posted soon!
And I also started my e-arc of Dark Skies by Danielle L. Jensen (click HERE to read the synopsis. The book can be read separately from the first book in the series seeing they take place at the same time) last week, book 2 in the Dark Shores series. This was one of my most highly anticipated 2020 releases. And now that I’ve finished reading this book I can say: This is my absolute favorite read of the year so far! This was everything I was hoping to get in a new Jensen book AND MORE. Full review will follow!

I was not planning to deviate from my Fantasy Mood but I ended up doing it anyway haha. I started on Red, White & Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston (Click HERE to read the synopsis) because Marie, Candyce and I decided it would be fun to buddy-read it. It’s been ages since I’ve done a buddy read and it’s a lot of fun so I couldn’t resist. I bought this RomCom book last week because I kept hearing so many good things about it, was in the mood to buy a book and this one was up for delivery the next day. The rest is history haha, Currently, we’re almost halfway through. We’re reading 2 chapters a day because the chapters are quite long! It’s such a fun read though. Love the characters!!
Nobody but You by Megan Green (Click HERE to read the synopsis) is her latest release. I fell in love with her writing a couple of years ago and have been supporting this author ever since. Everything I’ve read by her has been an amazing reading experience. I got an e-arc of nobody but you and I’m currently going through it in a very high set pace. It’s yet again a truly wonderful read. So we have a veterinarian, a hot single daddy and a VERY CUTE 4 years old little girl. Our main characters have a (non romantic/little bit romantic) past together so that gives the romance definitely some more depth as well. Can’t wait to see what the rest of the story is going to be like.

Despite my TBR being out of control, and me trying to plan ahead on what to read next and actually never ending up reading it, I am quite sure about what my next reads are going to be for the upcoming week. Yesterday I received an e-mail, stating I’d be getting an e-arc for Love the one you Hate by RS Grey (Click HERE to read the synopsis), whom’s a favorite of mine when it comes to RomCom books. On top of that, it’s a haters to lovers romance, which RS Grey is a master in writing so I am beyond excited about receiving it and reading it!!!
And seeing Aurora Burning is going to release next week, I really want to do a re-read of Aurora Rising (Click HERE to read the synopsis) so that I’m 100% ‘up to speed’ on everything. Can’t wait to dive back into this world, crafted by the wonderful masterminds behind the book: Jay Kristoff & Amie Kaufman. Their books are MUST-READS. Excited and a bit terrified about Aruroa Burning. I have a feeling that this book is going to be another gripping and emotional read.
So that’s my WWW Wednesday of this week. I’d love to hear about your reading week.
