You see them popping up everywhere; articles on 2019 book releases. Everyone’s looking forward to 2019 book releases; a book release in a favorite series, a release of a first book in a new series or maybe a new standalone from a favorite author, and so on…
There are so many books being added to my wishlist each month with all the new releases in general or the already published books I keep coming across. But there’s quite a list already as well when it comes to 2019 releases in particular, that I’m already 100% sure of, that I’ll be buying.
Recently, I showed a list of 2019 YA book releases I’m super excited about. Today, I’ll show you some of the romance books I can’t wait for to release! Happy reading!
Be the Girl by K.A. Tucker
Release date: January 21st
This is one of my favo romance/new adult authors and whenever there’s a new book coming our way by Tucker, I’m always putting in a pre-order for it – even though I still need to read a few by her but I just want to put in pre-orders for new releases by this author haha. The synopsis of this one sounds quite dramatic and it’s a high school setting so I’m really curious to see how Tucker goes about writing YA romnance, something I haven’t read by her before.
Almost sixteen-year-old Aria Jones is starting over. New postal code, new last name, new rules. But she doesn’t mind, because it means she can leave her painful regrets behind. In the bustling town of Eastmonte, she can become someone else. Someone better.
With the Hartford family living next door, it seems she will succeed. Sure, Cassie Hartford may be the epitome of social awkwardness thanks to her autism, but she also offers an innocent and sincere friendship that Aria learns to appreciate. And Cassie’s older brother, Emmett—a popular Junior A hockey player with a bright future—well … Aria wishes that friendship could lead to something more. If he didn’t already have a girlfriend, maybe it would.
But Aria soon finds herself in a dicey moral predicament that could derail her attempt at a fresh start. It is her loyalty to Cassie and her growing crush on Emmett that leads her to make a risky move, one that earns her a vindictive enemy who is determined to splinter her happy new world.

The chaos books were my first Kristen Ashley reads and they remain my favorite. I think this author is one of the best when it comes to writing down MC Romances. I cannot wait to get my hands on a new chaos book!!!

A battle they have to win.
But when Rush meets the woman who put herself right in the thick of it, he knows he has to stop at nothing to get her out.
Rebel Stapleton has lost someone she loves to murder and she’s the kind of woman who’s going to do something about it. She puts her career on the line, and her life, to bring the man who did it to justice.
That is, she does this until Rush Allen intervenes.
Chaos is at war and they’re about to face the ultimate showdown. They’ll have to negotiate skeletons from the past, enemies becoming allies, and loved ones in the line of fire on their ride to be…
The last Letter by Rebecca Yarros
Release date: February 26th
COULD I BE ANY MORE EXCITED ABOUT A BOOK RELEASE?! The anticipation to the release of this book went through the roof ages ago haha. Yarros is one of my all-time favorite authors in general and her books really ‘get’ to me every single time. This stand alone book is promising to be her best book yet which is saying something since All of her other work so far has been nothing short of a-ma-zing. This book is her own favorite written book so far so that has me even more excited knowing how much her other books mean to her. I don’t think I’m emotionally ready for this book because Rebecca always leaves me on the brink of sanity – in a good way though – when reading her books haha. I’m quite scared for this one but so so sooooo EXCITED at the same time as well! This is definitely one of The most highly anticipated 2019 releases for me, regardless of what genre I’m talking about.
If you’re reading this, well, you know the last-letter drill. You made it. I didn’t. Get off the guilt train, because I know if there was any chance you could have saved me, you would have.
I need one thing from you: get out of the army and get to Telluride.
My little sister Ella’s raising the twins alone. She’s too independent and won’t accept help easily, but she has lost our grandmother, our parents, and now me. It’s too much for anyone to endure. It’s not fair.
And here’s the kicker: there’s something else you don’t know that’s tearing her family apart. She’s going to need help.
So if I’m gone, that means I can’t be there for Ella. I can’t help them through this. But you can. So I’m begging you, as my best friend, go take care of my sister, my family.
Please don’t make her go through it alone.
Worth fighting for by Laura Kaye
Release date: March 12th
I’m always looking forward to a new Laura Kaye release and I am honored that I can call myself a member of her review team. The warrior fight club series has been such an amazing experience to read so far and I cannot wait to get my hands on new material haha. I’m still also looking forward to book#3 in the series but this novella #3,5 is definitely on my 2019 radar as well.
Getting in deep has never felt this good…
Commercial diving instructor Tara Hunter nearly lost everything in an accident that saw her medically discharged from the navy. With the help of the Warrior Fight Club, she’s fought hard to overcome her fears and get back in the water where she’s always felt most at home. At work, she’s tough, serious, and doesn’t tolerate distractions. Which is why finding her gorgeous one-night stand on her new dive team is such a problem.
Former navy deep-sea diver Jesse Anderson just can’t seem to stop making mistakes—the latest being the hot-as-hell night he’d spent with his new partner. This job is his second chance, and Jesse knows he shouldn’t mix business with pleasure. But spending every day with Tara’s smart mouth and sexy curves makes her so damn hard to resist.
Joining a wounded warrior MMA training program seems like the perfect way to blow off steam—until Jesse finds that Tara belongs too. Now they’re getting in deep and taking each other down day and night, and even though it breaks all the rules, their inescapable attraction might just be the only thing truly worth fighting for.

I’ve been a huge fan of this author for years, ever since reading her Fixed trilogy. I still need to read some of her work though, but I’ll get to that eventually haha. The friend Zone by Abby Jimenez
Release date: July 9th
This is a book, when reading the synopsis, I want to pick up immediately. It’s so frustrating knowing that I have to wait until July 2019 to get my hands on it haha. It looks like it’s going to be an emotional read but that it’s going to be a very very veryyyy beautiful and good romance. I’m not familiar with this author but I can’t wait to get acquainted with her work.
Kristen Petersen doesn’t do drama, will fight to the death for her friends, and has no room in her life for guys who just don’t get her. She’s also keeping a big secret: facing a medically necessary procedure that will make it impossible for her to have children.
Planning her best friend’s wedding is bittersweet for Kristen–especially when she meets the best man, Josh Copeland. He’s funny, sexy, never offended by her mile-wide streak of sarcasm, and always one chicken enchilada ahead of her hangry. Even her dog, Stuntman Mike, adores him. The only catch: Josh wants a big family someday. Kristen knows he’d be better off with someone else, but as their attraction grows, it’s harder and harder to keep him at arm’s length.
The Friend Zone will have you laughing one moment and grabbing for tissues the next as it tackles the realities of infertility and loss with wit, heart, and a lot of sass.

Life is a mixed bag for Piper Calloway.
On the one hand, she’s a twenty-nine-year-old VP at her dad’s multibillion-dollar real estate development firm, and living the high single life with her two best friends in a swanky downtown penthouse. Things get exponentially more complicated for Piper when she runs into Kyle Miller—the handsome new security guard at Calloway Group Industries, and coincidentally the first love of her life.
The guy she hasn’t seen or heard from since they were summer camp counselors together. The guy from the wrong side of the tracks. The guy who apparently doesn’t even remember her name.
Piper may be a high-powered businesswoman now, but she soon realizes that her schoolgirl crush is not only alive but stronger than ever, and crippling her concentration. What’s more, despite Kyle’s distant attitude, she’s convinced their reunion isn’t at all coincidental, and that his feelings for her still run deep. And she’s determined to make him admit to them, no matter the consequences.
