    I’m always a bit skittish about the novella’s in the shadowhunter chronicles to be honest. Since Clare co-writes them with several other authors, it sometimes – especially in the beginning with the Bane Chronicle novella’s – was really palpable you know? that she was co-writing these stories instead of writing everything herself.
