[TBR ON SUNDAY] Completed Series I still need to Finish reading – YA edition

In TBR ON SUNDAY I’ll be talking about anything related to my physical and digitial/Kindle tbr. This could be about series I haven’t finished yet, or books I really want to add to my tbr at home, my tbr on my Kindle/ARC’s and more. There are so many series I’ve started reading over the years and that I still haven’t finished to this date. Sometimes, it’s because an author isn’t finished writing the series yet, but more often than not, the series IS already finished and I just haven’t gotten around to reading the rest of the books yet, yikes. In today’s article, I’ll be focusing on said completed series…

[MINI REVIEWS] #5 and #6 of Ghosts of the Shadow Market by Cassandra Clare and others

A friend of mine, Isa from the Bookdutchesses, was reading the Ghosts from the Shadow Market novella’s and was telling me about how some of the novella’s are linked to the TDA books. So by saying this she basically talked me into reading them as well asap. Originally, I was planning to read them when the entire printed book would be released in 2019. But she had me so excited that I decided to not wait any longer. So when I started reading these novella’s, I was really enthusiastic because of Isa’s enthusiasm and of what she told me about the novella’s already. And of course because of the character…

In order to clean out my Want To Read list on Goodreads, I decided to give this a try by writing the Down the TBR Hole article. This article was originally created by Lost in a Story and a lot of other bloggers are publishing it as well so you might’ve already come across it here and there. I always like reading those Down the TBR Hole articles and hopefully you’ll like to read it over here on my blog as well. | HOW DOES IT WORK? | ◊ Go to your goodreads to-read shelf. ◊ Order on ascending date added. ◊ Take the first 5 (or 10 (or even more!) if you’re…

    [SHOP-LOG] November ’18

In this shop-log, I’ll be showing some stuff I bought throughout the month that isn’t book-related. I love looking at shop-logs on blogs, always have, so I thought I’d start publishing them over here as well once in a while – which I also did on my old blog. So today I’m showing you some of the some of stuff that I bought lately. | WINTER BOOTS | I came across these winter boots @VanHaren and couldn’t resist them since they were priced really well > €16. I was looking for some warm foot wear anyway, since I have to stand watch at Milan’s soccer practice twice a week for…

[FRIDAY FIRSTS] Queen of Air and Darkness by Cassandra Clare

!SPOILER ALERT! If you haven’t finished reading Lord of Shadows yet, book 2 in the Dark artifices trilogy, and you don’t want to get spoiled, then you should skip this one. The synopsis of the book and the first paragraph will give away quite a lot of what happened at the end of Lord of Shadows, things you probably don’t want to have spoiled if you still need to read it.  The reason I decided to go ahead with this book in this Friday Firsts – even though it’s a possibility that some of you might not want to read it because of spoilers – is for all the shadowhunter…

[TAG TIME THURSDAY] Do I have that Book Tag

I came across this challenge over at the Bookdutchesses blog and thought it would be a fun one to do myself, so here we go. In this tag it’s all about seeing if you have specific books on your shelves like a book with deckled edges, a Mass Market paperback, and many more will be shown. I love tags like these in which I really need to go looking at my shelves and find specific kind of books to talk about. ⌊ Do you have a book with deckled edges? Ever since coming across books that had deckled edges I’ve been in love with this ‘phenomenon’. I really like the…
