[BOOK REVIEW] Until we’re more by Cindi Madsen

So, this was my second Cindi Madsen book that I’ve read. I have to say that I was a bit skeptical beforehand and I didn’t really know what to expect of this one, since the first book that I read by this author, a book of another series- getting lucky number 7 – got a 3-star rating – which is good though, but it didn’t blow my mind back then. But since Cindi is one of the RARE London 19 authors and she’s published by Entangled which is a favorite publisher of mine, I wanted to read more books by her and then I got the opportunity to read an…

Russell’s eyes finally fall on me, and I’m assessed with a look of cool indifference. Blue eyes meet mine for only a moment. He doesn’t even do a once-over. The expression on his face is unreadable and austere. I might as well be gum on the bottom of his shoe. Ever since finding out Rachel was writing this book, I was beyond excited and that’s putting it mildly – you can ask my (Instagram) friends because it was all I could talk about haha. I always think that I can’t get More excited about a new book release by this author, but in the end she always exceeds those expectations…

Some of you might know by now how insanely in love I am with Laura Kaye’s books so you can imaaaagine how I must’ve felt when I received my e-arc of this book on the Kindle before its release! Seriously; I feel so very honored to be a part of her review-team this year. That’s an experience I’ll always treasure. So thanks to Laura and Franci, I was able to read this e-arc, which I received in exchange for me leaving an honest review. first thoughts that sprang to mind after finishing this book; – UNPUTDOWNABLE – BEAUTIFUL – ENGAGING – FUNNY – ADDICTIVE – LAURA KAYE AT HER BEST,…

[BOOK REVIEW] Fighting for Everything by Laura Kaye (Warrior Fight Club #1)

Starting a new book by this author is always such a joyful feeling. Whether it’s a book in an already existing series or a first book in a new series like Fighting for Everything is. She has amazing writing skill and always knows how to ‘get to me’ on an emotional level not many authors know how to do to me and she always delivers such great reading experiences. So I definitely had some major expectations for this first book in a new series about army-vets and their story after they return from war and become a part of this Fighter Club. And let me tell you; Laura Kaye delivered…

[BOOK REVIEW] All we Want by J. Daniels (Alabama Summer #6)

I couldn’t just not post a review, even though it’s a mini review. This series has come to mean so much to me and this story in particular had me really emotional since I could relate to these characters so so much since some of the things are happening to me and my husband as well. I felt like this book deserved to got a review written on it instead of only being mentioned in my wrap-up so here we go! The synopsis might be spoilerish if you haven’t read the other books in the series yet, the Luke & Tessa one in particular; All I want. So if you…

[BOOK REVIEW] The Hating Game by Sally Thorne

    – SYNOPSIS – Nemesis (n.) 1) An opponent or rival whom a person cannot best or overcome; 2) A person’s undoing; 3) Joshua Templeman. Lucy Hutton and Joshua Templeman hate each other. Not dislike. Not begrudgingly tolerate. Hate. And they have no problem displaying their feelings through a series of ritualistic passive-aggressive maneuvers as they sit across from each other, executive assistants to co-CEOs of a publishing company. Lucy can’t understand Joshua’s joyless, uptight, meticulous approach to his job. Joshua is clearly baffled by Lucy’s overly bright clothes, quirkiness, and Pollyanna attitude. Now up for the same promotion, their battle of wills has come to a head and Lucy refuses…
